I need to be out of here yesterday. This is not the same company I joined a decade ago.

I really wanted to get laid off. Finally I just couldn’t take it anymore so I ‘retired’. The only satisfaction in that is, the jerk that I worked under didn’t get to call me at 9:30 on a Thursday morning to tell me my job wasn’t needed. HealthNow was such a great company to work for until the devil sold us out. I retired after 30 plus years in my field with no ‘goodbye’ from upper management, no instruction on what to do with equipment. Just logged out one Friday and that was that. I hope my other colleagues get through this time and find a decent company run by decent people. Highmark is truly lacking simple human decency towards their employees.
I hear ya. I will be hitting 25 years in July… i loved my job with healthnow. And now i hate every minute since i have been “trained” march 2023. I am holding on until either i get laid off or we go on strike. Hoping to strike and never look back at this horrible company with bad management, bad computer systems, bad training & bad desklevels. It’s all just so awful
Even better if I'm laid off!
