Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

When is enough

Maria and followers must go. They have no clue and if they do then it’s Sabotage. So sick of their comments that the workers do nothing. They have no grasp on reality.

They are hypocrites and incompetent. They travel all over the world when telling everyone to cut spending and travel. Most CEOs stay 4 years or so. They are due now. Get rid of them is the right choice.

Maria just sold about 1.8 M USD in stock. Wonder what's up with that? Maybe she knows Nancy will never get her 20% EBITA so just bail out now?

@1jrs+1sH1jeYV it is quite simple: the same way most of their psyco managers (who by the way are the ones that get promoted every 1 or 2 years) handle employees. Lorenzo should call her and say that her performance in the last year has dropped without giving any details or context and without any prior warning. Then propose her to get the sack in exchange for a yummy package or else create a new ad hoc role for her and "promote her" (that's an option only for execs, peones just get an awful performance evaluation with an unspoken guarantee that they will never ever be earmarked for any promotion). With around 15MUSD we should hopefully be able to get rid of her. Lateral promotion is a cheaper option but we need another re-organization maybe for that. Maybe in the autumn when we will hopefully re-organize again, who knows.
