Then he turned around and used it as his own. I couldn't believe the gall of it. The worst part is, that there's absolutely nothing I can do about it. These are the kinds of people who are being promoted to managers. Those who only know how to climb the ladder by stepping on and stealing from other people.

Next time send an email, pal ;-)
@5eql+1sdzLnh6 Who said manager’s manager is trustworthy our L4 and L5 made their way up stealing others’ ideas. They are grossly incompetent that they ask you to provide ideas as part of your goals. If you talk about it to the L3 nobody will believe you.
Post ID: @OP+1sdzLnh6 I hope you learned to keep your ideas, solutions and industry knowledge to yourself. Pitch them yourself, In-person to your Manager's Managers.
This is pretty common behavior apparently throughout IT/Tech sectors.. curious if other industry's have same poor ethics?
My idea was to leave and then pay me to do so. Last day will be June 30th.
In technology, Accenture folks are expert at taking ideas or work product and making them their own. No wonder Peter thinks he can run IT with only them. Looking forward to saying goodbye to this place and going to work for a superior company, admittedly not a high bar to achieve.
I personally would not implement ideas with anyone one on one.
I would present My ideas in a group meeting.
