Good point. Remember the last townhall when management was bragging about all the hiring they were doing and how they were flying people leaders to in person summits?

There is no "safe" in corporate America. When they want you gone, they will let you know.

Live within your means and build an emergency fund.
Update your resume occasionally and stay in touch with your professional network regularly.
Meet your goals and focus on development, keeping your skills fresh and adding new ones."
Best advice I've ever heard for coping with Allstate's annual layoff cycle.
Everyone is safe and no one is safe, just like always. At the very least, do these things that you should be doing anyway:
