I am not optimistic. But that became a habit, after years of experiencing bad management and chaotic reorgs. Your thoughts?

If they are focused on deleting posts here rather than addressing the sentiments in them, it’s a recipe for disaster and not a turnaround.
No
Snow seems to think that by changing the roles his directs have, he is improving the chances of success. He needs a reality check. Talented people cannot fix organisational dysfunction caused due to lack of deliberation during change initiatives. While he keeps changing L2s with narratives of great talent at FactSet, he seems to have forgotten about L3/L4/L5 which HR leadership has totally sc--wed over with lack of talent retention. They’ve given away critical experienced talent to cut costs without doing any impact analysis on sales and service.
It will take more than the CRO and CFO to bring this turnaround. The CHRO and her directs who own recruitment and L&D are a bunch of incompetent id--ts. HR has zero accountability to the success of the company and strategy for talent development. They have a bunch of old payroll specialists who are acting like HRBP without having an inkling of our products, what’s good for the company and the varied stakeholders.
I’m no longer with FactSet but in Goran I trust! Of all the CRO’s/ head of Sales chosen so far - he perhaps has the most level headed attitude while also being sufficiently sales oriented.
Its hard to imagine how you turn a directionless ship around. I am continually amazed at how much executive chaos there has been under Snow's "leadership". Maybe Snow needs to get back to his roots and be promoted back to consulting. Goran is going to have a difficult road ahead but hopefully he will be able to provide some direction to the org once again.
