Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Company is a joke

Legal sends out a voluntary survey on integrity then complains to Nancy only 23% of her team completed the survey. Why say it is voluntary when you are going to force employees to complete it? Don’t answer the question. I already did. Stupid company.

I know many people that got RIF' ed because they gave senior leaders a bad score (ENPS) and review. this happened on Value GTS over in Miami under Scott Deloach.

Let me tell everyone 1 thing very clearly, surveys are actually never anonymous. They are there to eliminate bad apples … if not fixable.
3rd party companies like gallup and others are given extra to provide all the details. In the end it’s mutual benefit. Never go all-in on any survey in any corporate. Unfortunately, I have seen ppl let go after they pour their hearts to those questions. So be careful.

I had a field day with that integrity survey, and made sure to name drop several people in it.

No integrity what so ever; starting with value GTS leadership, where u have old school Bollywood doing self preservation. You have some of Mr- smith left over mess that needs to be cleaned up. Remember how he used to overhype his progress in NSA?? Exactly same thing with all his friends he left in place that are clueless how to run the shop.

Here we go again with another attempt to get retail specialists to wear more than the minimum amount of flair.

I clicked the link and looked at the survey. I closed the survey and never looked back.

Charge me back an internet that is unusable at a qualified address due to service issues. Sounds like a verizon problem and not a charge me back thing. It's your world class network that qualified the address. If it doesn't work, that's not my fault; and should not cost me a charge back. Fix your network to guarantee that address will run truly fast 5g. Not an, it might work kind of thing. 30 days no problem bring it back. But at the reps expense. What a joke of leadership in this company to think that is ok to do. Now you directly effect me making money based on your poor network decisions. Thanks for always sc--wing the rep. You will reap what you sew verliezon.

The survey was written poorly. The majority of the questions ask the person being surveyed about how V-Teamers view integrity scenarios. How in the world would we know what all V-Teamers feel?

They do the integrity survey to flesh out how bad the push is to slam customers and to see if employees are still taking kickbacks for SOW work. They're trying to avoid the bad press that pops up periodically when an employee speaks to the media. See recent articles on TMO.

I agree that it is bad they're pressuring for 100% completion, but all in all I think it's a good thing that they have it.
