company has a good work life balance but implementation can be abit sketchy. annual bonuses not great compared to other oil majors (hint hint big 4) and guess that's why attrition rate is high with corporate recruitment ads posted on google ads which is a joke

many companies do this trick, they post fake jobs - they want to create an image of might and post jobs that do not exist
