I can’t help but feel totally frustrated by the current state of our leadership. It seems like our decision-makers (ELT/SLT) are increasingly disconnected from what truly matters for our success. Instead of focusing on fostering innovation and supporting our talented teams, they are relying heavily on A&M consultant. This misguided reliance on consultants has shifted our focus to BS waste-of-time metrics.
Leadership needs to listen to the voices within the company and prioritize the needs of our customers. The morale is at an all time low and no one seems to give a shxx. If we don’t course-correct soon, we risk losing the very essence of what makes us who we are, and we could find ourselves facing bankruptcy or worse.
