AT SOME POINT THIS WILL HAPPEN WHETHER THEY LIKE IT OR NOT. BLOCKCHAIN COMPANIES WILL DESTROY TARGET IF THEY DONT GET BOARD.

WFH free ride is going away. I don't feel sorry for to anyone working from home who gets laid off. I find it funny, lazy people being forced to work again for a paycheck. What a concept

I wouldn’t mind coming into office if i was native to this state. Also a real grown up person wouldn’t feel the need to tell others to grow up. you’ll get what’s coming to you eventually.
We’re back to filling up calendars with one status after another.
Seriously, the test if you are doing your job at Target or not is ask an employee back to the office 2-3 days a week. If they kick and scream chances are they aren't working too hard. Factors playing into this:
They are out of town
They quit having daycare
They are drinking
They are su-king down Starbucks like a drunken sailor on their deck.
2-3 days a week for social and teamwork and collaboration is not asking a lot.
Grow up
It's a matter of time before they force everyone back or enforce a " 3 day in office" workday. If you have not seen the skyways and emptiness, State and local governments along with local businesses are seeing the effects of many years of loss revenue. Tourism and tax dollars are being effected.
@5nbl+1tdDdtTs Target is not a growth company despite what Brian says.
What a shame if remote is the future. As I visited our TNC and TPN locations with an expectation of seeing an active and engaged group, I was welcomed to an empty, boring, and stagnant locations. I was shocked to see the emptiness of employees and the abundance of real estate at both sites.
Good luck to us all. I'm assuming with all the TI chatter in these posts, that is not the end result. I find in our connects, that most TI individuals are in the office.
I mean, you aren't wrong. Minneapolis is too small of a market to successfully staff a full HQ in a growth company - they have to look outside.
