Jeff is just a terrible leader/CEO. He's a nice guy but that's where the competence ends. He can't make a decision to save his life or to save Fossil for that matter. He needs to be replaced asap or we will be sc--wed.
Give me a break. Jeff has absolutely no idea how to grow a business and his lack of leadership over so many years has helped put us in this position. He needs to go.
We just hope Jeff stays as a permanent CEO
If Melissa and Donna couldn’t fix it, then pretend it's not broke.
Couldn't agree more. Melissa L has not contributed any positive changes to the company, instead causing a decline in our performance, resulting in plummeting sales.
Now if the ones left would open their eyes to how detrimental Melissa L has been and see her to the door, Fossil may have a chance.
Have those resumes updated
There are no positives...the computer revolution Has made watches more or less obsolete. They don't solve a need anymore at least in your price segment. And the old timers hanging on are doing jist that. Read the history of Kodak...
Can any positives arise from this situation? I’m content in my role and with my colleagues. Is it unrealistic to think that these changes might benefit the company’s future? Or should I consider searching for a new job? I’d prefer to stay if possible.
When the CEO (Kosta), CHRO (Darren) and most recently the CFO (Sunil) resigns or is forced to step down, it's a major RED flag for the company. ELT roles are still vacant and Fossil continues to be in a rough situation with stagnant stock at $1 and zero signs of improvement. Should I be worried? Everyone says layoffs are looming again.
This is a very bad sign. Good luck to everyone still there. You’re going to need it.
