As if that’s gonna help. I start to think that reorgs are some kind of compulsion upper mgmt suffers from. Or could it be that they have no clue what they’re actually doing? If they were competent, we wouldn’t get ourselves into this state to begin with. This constant tweaking and upset just demonstrates incompetence further.

What about the CEO that's letting her have this much leash? Is Phil letting Helen position herself to be his successor? CRO/head of sales didn't used to be on earnings calls...
What about the EVPs that sit idly by like the dog in that house fire meme? All great software firms are product-led firms, and the EVPs are hiding in plain sight rather than being leaders.
There needs to be more accountability from leadership (ELT & L3/L4). Investors will start asking themselves if this is the best leadership team to move FactSet forward, and I wouldn't blame them one bit. I know my answer to that question.
