Hans needs to step down if he wishes to continue his term as a board member for BlackRock. We cannot allow this to happen, we need to call an end to this. We should not do any work until he’s gone.

@xhp+1twAgWdg it was always a concern. most people just aren't that aware or in tune with what's happening around them or in their chain of command.

Black Rock manages investment and pension funds of working people. They have money pumped into them and carry little risk. They play the table being in the top 3 shareholders of all US publicly traded companies. That being said they vote by proxy the shares they control giving them the power to blackmail and threaten companies that don’t align with their agendas. Hans on their board is definitely a conflict of interest, however ultimately they would decide that instead of Verizon.
Agreed 100%.
Who cares about BlackRock. We're concerned with the unattainable expectations, outrageously high quota, and stock price that is down almost 30% in the past 5 years.
Why blackrock such a big concern now? Are you pointing to private equity takeover concern if he stays?
