There are more than 200 people on the bench! It seems like they want to get rid of the employees who are level 9 or lower. We were given 30 days by HR to find a new position, but there are no level 9 positions available. Regarding the Palo Alto campaign, we were promised that there would be a contract until 2025.

HR has said that they are going to use AI to layoff people. The management wants to go emotionless in picking employees and lay off. This will be a case study for the HBR magazine which the HR department will be writing a white paper. “How to fire employees unemotional using AI- a case study for the rest of the companies”

We were supposed to close approximately 300 opportunities as a win by July 31, but they have not provided us with leads to work with.

That’s a shame! Hopefully they are treating you better than others do and kicking you to the curb. Placing you somewhere else? Are all levels above being held accountable too?

A campaign that began by promising the world, came crashing down due to overzealous Execs.

An SOW built on false promises in product demand that missed the mark, but never truly had a chance.
