Vendor and Campus relations plummeting, constant digital issues, bad decision after bad decision from leadership.

Just wondering if a corporate we---e or underling is reading these posts? Some are borderline illegal , some are excuses for violent repercushions. These posts should be read by the Ivory Tower if, for no other reason, to see what is going on under their noses thoughts welcome.

My campus, long ago, stopped using the bookstore for books. My entire Nursing program (including PhD) and Business, including MBA, Art dept, and most science and math give zero adoptions.
They lost faith, and want to provide less expensive options to the students.
Have you ever asked your regional or gvp, that have college aged kids where they purchase their course materials? I have, every one of them has told me many places, not one said campus store, and this goes bavk 15 years.
But meanwhile they would continue to increase sales expectations.

I've never known us have so little on the shelves and it must be nationwide because as soon as we came out of Blackout, all our remaining books went out in SODA orders to other stores.

Spoiler alert, unless you got the quarterly bonus you will not be seeing a bonus. Market Leaders and above in the field will not get anything because company did not hit financial targets. Even is their stores did well is doesn’t matter. I’ve had this confirmed from multiple people.
I’m quitting after I get my bonus. If I get my bonus. I literally don’t care anymore. My burnout this year is so severe it doesn’t even feel real. You can work around the clock and never feel caught up. They’ve cut so much that they’ve everyone is running on fumes and they claim they can’t spare extra funds for payroll, but of course they can hire 3 new VPs for Underwater Basketweaving. What a clusterfu-k.
Rush used to be crazy. High energy, urgency, a buzz in the store. It was hard. But it was fun. Now, it's just getting beaten up by students and faculty for decisions I didn't make, mistakes that weren't mine and bad judgement calls. Conveniently, the people making these decisions, mistakes, and judgements are shielded from the abused we get from frustrated people.
Should we start a guessing game as to when Manny and the team will end this failing enterprise? Something has to happen to end this debacle. Manny was let go from CVS. Maybe his term at Follett is close to ending?

Bring back the veterans? For 20% more? Ha! Absolutely no way possible that I would go back for any amount of money. I was let go in the first round of this cr-p. Boy I was just devastated. Now? I thank my lucky stars I was let go first!
I just got on here after months of not looking, just curious. Wow, absolutely nothing has changed. Nothing. I’m glad I’m gone.

Solution: bring back the veterans that were canned, bump their pay by 20 %, and pay the bills. There will be results.
No books on the shelves, constantly getting yelled at by faculty and customers. D&H stuff also not getting shipped, sales are down, no staff, lines down the store, manager working way over to keep up with SODA.
I've been with the company just over a year now (newbie) and never seen our Regional Manager.

RM are the most useless individuals. Not sure why they have a job.
Time to call your RM.better yet, call out sick. Someone will bail you out.
