there’s not enough money in the world that can satisfy the 2 greedy individuals in the main wheelhouse there, money money money, they live and breath money, their souls are consumed by money. If there’s a chance to make more money in a manner that means sc--wing over some employees they are fine with that, money money money. It’s sickening how much they worship money.

Post from TheLayoff.com

The severance is the same once you hit 22 years. Four weeks, plus one week for each year, up to a max of 26 weeks. 22 years and you max out.

You are terminated as of midnight of the final day, sometimes this is the day you are told you are gone, sometimes it is 2 weeks or a month after you are told.

In the US, you are immediately removed from the Oracle health insurance at midnight of your last day, but they pay COBRA for the first month. A sneaky way of cutting a month off of your 18 months of COBRA. Most companies will leave an employee on the corporate health insurance for a month or two, all the way up to a year, and THEN the employee can buy COBRA for 18 months. But of course, Oracle is Oracle.

Workforce reduction is such an HR way to say you’ve been fired!

Meanwhile, over in Taleo enterprise a manager said everything was great, it's one of the main profit centers for the company. Then a developer in the Taleo Business edition said I should move there because they're doing innovations. I don't believe him and I'd rather leave O.

Did SCM dodge the December 2023 purge of Fusion CX? Or it's the next round and other Fusion CX divisions should brace ourselves?

Please specify which team under SCM/CX fusion.
