I bet some folks are already looking into CPO Prat and his cronies' highly questionable if not illegal practices. MN is still part of United States last I checked, it ain't India. They pretend to be your partner and friends until they are done using you or have power over you.

Exactly. There aren't nearly enough open roles in which they'd be qualified for. Most will face being laid off unfortunately.
Just look at Workday. How many open jobs in India compared to MN? Telling folks to find a new role is a complete joke. Last I looked there were like 60 open HQ roles across the company. But these 40 people are told to find a new role.
Target India is growing by leaps and bounds and they are excited to take over new roles and responsibilities.
It's a matter of time before HQ has a mass layoff. BC has his finger on the Bullseye button (reset).
Who's getting whacked next week?
More to come next week. India first nationalist are the ones in charge. They are likely getting kick backs in India and are on work Visas themselves.
Yes, 30-40. TM's have been told to just "keep the ship afloat" and spend their days "looking for new opportunities".
Unsure on total number but I heard 30-40 people laid off
How many TMs were impacted?
CPO Prat and his Home Depot clan do not care about Americans or DEI. They are India first nationalists.
I fell bad for the folks in Item.
I know TII is cheap, but they are so incredibly useless. Any work they do will need to be fixed by someone else in HQ before it can be finalized. At least that's been my experience with them.
Bullseye
No surprise. Brian must need a renovation to his house in FL. Quiet layoffs have been going on for a while across the enterprise. The days of mass layoffs are over, quiet layoffs are the way forward.
