Thread regarding Follett layoffs

LAWSUIT ANYONE?

If you would like to join me please send me an email to 305plus954@gmail.com with your info.

I got retaliated against by a NEW manager who is a TYRANT, amongst other things from other upper level management. Bullying, maligning, even putting hands on me.

We need to speak out and they need to pay!

To answer the Id—t who asked why I didn’t go to HR — I did! I kept track of everything in writing and they still protected the RM, even though I worked for Follett for almost a decade and started bottom up !! So respectfully STFU.

And yes, I posted an email, not for exposing anyone. I’m happy at a new thriving company, working for the state and contributing to a pension.

But I’m still angry for what transpired and still continues to happen!

So thanks for your meaningless input!

HR is there to protect JRC, not the employees.

If this is really true, then you should have gone to HR.

The economy isn't in a sh-t hole. Your perspective is clouded by the situation your in. Work your a-s off looking for a job the same way you give it your all for a faceless corporation. By the way that email is a nice way to get us to expose ourselves LOL

He is a tyrant because he was hired to roll out major changes. The economy is in the toilet and most corporations are going through the same and restructuring and moving replace jobs with computer programs and machines.
Lawsuits are a waste of time right now. Get your resume together and find a new job. There are slim pickings out there so save your $
You can file with the EEOC online for free, and if you have valid claims they fight for you.
Get a better job while you can because no one is hiring
