Cheerleader here. and I can’t even defend this company anymore. leadership from rvp’s and up is clueless on what the true priorities need 2 be…..

they think they can smooth stuff over with free money to their merch shop? lololololol

pouring maple syrup over a pile of trash doesn’t change anything, it’s still trash.

I doubt there will be a restructure. What I do believe will happen is a realignment. It would only make sense, we are not dealing with the same management we had years before. They have to push forward with Mission 1. They have to show us old timers that they have the solutions needed to be the top company. They lack the wisdom of the old management, because they were all moved out, that already went through pretty much everything we are dealing with now. Yeah, they sc--wed it all up when they did it and they admit that. These young managers now refuse to acknowledge these situations they are putting everyone in on.

Pitcher lol. Most grocery mangers still won’t gaf about that selling tool. Walmart sure won’t. They just want all the cr-p out of the their back room, they don’t care about your sales statistics. No space for you!

Providing good service is the best selling tool. Something this company doesn't do anymore...

No restructure next year (I, too, have sources)
Investing in more selling tools like Pitcher. Should make it easier to sell to my stores.

Any fool that sticks around for a buyout is nuts! It’s nothing and when you burn through it and then don’t have money you regret it! You also won’t have health insurance, not included in the buyout. Find a new job now! Don’t let Mondelez manage your life, manage your own life!

Makes sense. They want to cut as much costs as possible. Reps have 9% 401k match, car, lots of vacation. With that being said most of these ftow shouldn't be running a lemonade stand so I'm not sure they want to get rid of the reps.. decisions decisions...
