Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

National General

Nat Gen is in for a rude awakening after the big announcement yesterday. They are finally coming under the Allstate Claims. Most of the lazy adjusters in Nat Gen have no idea of what is about to hit them.

The plan is that any adjuster in the Allstate Corporation will be able to handle claim from any company- Nat Gen, Allstate, Encompass or Essurance brand. Further, they will all be using the same system. The volume that Nat Gen adjusters is extremely low and will not be tolerated by Allstate leadership. Everyone will be using the same processes. Currently Nat Gen really has no processes in handling claims.

There really is no reason for Allstate adjusters to fight with nat gen adjusters on who is lazy or who deserves their job. That's just a bunch of useless noise. It's the same this as the elites convincing people to fight each other over racism and gender inequalities that don't exist to keep the masses from knowing what the power brokers are truly doing to the people. The real question is what is the plan for nat gen now that it is being brought under the Allstate umbrella? Are there going to be layoffs in nat gen or will Allstate just let nat gen run as a separate entity like they have been doing. I have a few friends who ended up at nat gen after Allstate did us dirty a few yrs ago and I have been curious what the plan for nat gen is ever since Allstate purchased them in 2020 and GS was in charge of the whole mess.

Here is what is going to hit them- the lazy adjusters at Nat Gen will be happy to join forces with the lazy adjusters at Allstate. Let’s not kid each other, Allstate adjusters are an absolute joke. Always have been and always will be.

As this latest merger is carried out, Allstate will soon be selling off the claims biz to the highest bidder. I hear Renfroe is looking at us.

If NatGen employees aren't full accustomed to and vetted in being absolutely hated, despised, and abhorred by the TPTB in this company simply because they are American workers and that means a few cents less for the fat cats to put into their yacht funds then they will be quite soon. Ask esurance employees how that felt.

Those that have been let go and laid off are the lucky ones.

We will be doing both. But of course without a penny more in pay.

If we complain they will just move all of it to India and give us our walking papers.

A bad bad situation all around.

So are both NatGen & Allstate calls going through VA? Will other MOIs start to mingle. Will adjusters be expected to handle both? I’m not an adjuster but I know how hard you all work & it would seem crazy to me if they start expecting you to do both. In my mind I see them combining everything to cut positions.

Your post made me laugh
Since retirement from nat gen
I tell my friends and family not to have Allstate as their carrier.
One of the many reasons is due to claims handling talk about lazy adjusters!
I also have several friends who worked for Allstate. The longest friend
Survived 6 months

I missed that announcement - are they intermingling Allstate and Nat Gen claims or just putting Nat Gen and Allstate claims people in the same department?
