Now people are leaving in droves knowing the bonus will be lucky to be 25% of target...they don't care.

Karen has to go. Period.
No way bonus will be 50%...we are a mile away from the fy guidance provided last year. No amount of popcorn sales in the stores is going to save the bonus. The entire exec team should be funded at 0% for the optics and the fact that they su-k.
@2jcl+1uhrL0Uc a little bird told me it is tracking at about 50%.
"My entire department is looking. Executive Director is a useless id--t" graduated from the University of Phoenix (UOP)....LMFAO
It was always awful. Nothing new.
It is a sinking ship and Karen can't bail water fast enough. The parallels to walgreens are striking and that will be cvs' fate before too long.
People are leaving because this ship is sinking. If you aren't looking already, you need to start.
My entire department is looking. Executive Director is a useless id--t
Transparency at CVS = "pay no attention to that man behind the curtain" Hiding the truth is exactly what CVS does best.
What happened to transparency? We used to know how the bonus was tracking and they stopped it for some reason. Now it's a mystery and calculated in secret. Such a mess...can't wait to be gone
To the “no bonuses outside either” comment.
Sure but those other places pay a higher wage for the same role.
I recently interviewed for an external role and it would be a 10% bump even if they don’t hand out a bonus….and only 2 days in office not 3….oh and not expected to do 3 peoples jobs at once as CVS is pushing “more with less”
Grass is greener because nobody else has Karen sc--wing things up.
Good luck with getting any bonus outside. Grass is always greener until you mow it yourself
Earnings is 80 % of the calculation and we are no where near estimates. The guidance for fy 2024 was 20-30% higher...we have hit a minimum to even have bonus kick in which we will not meet.
@1naj+1uhrL0Uc That’s assuming you don’t get laid off in the meantime. It’s so obvious that CVS is in full cost cutting mode right now. Only question is how much and how bad will they cut.
You really think they are going to go from ~70% to 25%? Stop exaggerating. Just because the stock is down doesn’t mean the company isn’t making money. It will be close to what it was for 2023. I am going to circle back to this post in March.
Until Karen showed up bonus was always funded at least at 100%...she's got to go.
bonus is a joke. just count your salary. so biased and crooked leaders. they just need bootlickers
