Alright, who’s in the mood for a little excitement?
It’s time to open the bets! What’s coming next for us loyal Fossil servants? Another round of layoffs? Maybe they’ll just sell the whole company! Or, better yet, how are we going to magically save that $100 million + this year?
Don’t be shy, after all, they sure aren’t shy about throwing us out!
When you hear or see the words ‘our Fossil Family’ winter approaches. Ai and expensing services to Fossil’s India business will replace all but the few needed to portend “luxury brand”. Get your credit cards paid off and live within your pay grade as you look outside of Texas for advancement.
Considering that we seem to have someone every other week or so saying that layoffs are coming, I'm not sure if it's actual "inside information" or just general doom and gloom'ing.
Not that I don't think that layoffs won't happen again - since I absolutely do - I don't think we need constant 'sky is falling' type posts about it under the guise that they are insider info.
There IS stuff moving, and there have been people losing positions, but they're in really small waves.
Please elaborate on what you know about upcoming layoffs?
Those of you that are employed there, get your resume updated. Layoffs are coming and if you think they aren’t you are sadly mistaken.

When the company is floundering and its stock is practically worthless at $1, it’s absurd to watch our leadership and other employees gallivanting around the globe. It’s unbelievable that no one can see how out of touch this is with the company’s dire situation. There should be freeze on all travel and new hires. Oh wait, didn’t we just hire a new CEO? So what’s coming next? Absolutely, more layoffs!

Isn't the Kors agreement expiring this year? I'm afraid it will be sudden death for all of us if so....
I look at the new CEO's pay that got announced and knowing my own situation, I feel a little sick right now.
