Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Redundancy

I have heard that the ANI enhanced redundancy package has been halved, is there any truth to this?

Anyone confirming a package is a fool. It goes against what you sign and they can can take it away.
Don’t believe all you read.
Don’t trust Allstate either.

At least the U.S. severance is the same as it has been. 2 weeks of pay per year for a max of 52 weeks as of at least the June layoffs from those I know that were impacted onshore. But widespread word that it is reducing in 2025. Cannot speak for the ANI packages.

No, it's not the same as 2023. I know people who were recently let go and they confirmed it's less.

Both the U.S. and ANI severance/redundancy packages are changing downward but should not be until 2025. Less impact to ANI due to legalities in that area. So should be the same as it has been for any impacted in 2024.

Redundancies tend to get smaller as time goes on. The redundancies last year of 12months+ I don't think we'll see again

Heard this rumour as well but not sure whether it’s true?

What was the redundancy packages offered before? I'm only here 3 years in ATS (Grade B2) and fairly low on my band so I might be okay as I don't cost a lot but still worried and anxious this time around. Particularly given how they ripped DIS apart.
