District Managers

Who else has an inept district manager that using group text with all the managers working…not slack, group text messaging !!! And has constantly text all day long ?

This is ridiculous and than get this …, asks “what time are you going to get a new line?” I don’t FN know I’m not a magician and if I had that answer I would play the lottery so I can get out of this cr-p hole

It’s bad enough that we are short staffed, store managers are running around all day and this guy is just sitting in a back room somewhere asking stupid questions…if you bring it to his attention he will just spew out corporate jargon on the reason “why”

Amber Bowman is a perfect example of this. She "visits" meaning she sits in an office with a closed door. Never any attempt to build a relationship with reps or assistant managers. Horrendous waste in payroll is destroying this country.

There are senior directors that blow up phones with text messages. They don't use slack because slack is monitored and historical messages can be pulled. The senior director is so bad at her job she doesn't know how to communicate, just blows up your phone with text messages and emoji's. Such a waste of time.

There are way too many district managers. Severely overpaid also for the amount of work they do. They are just texting all day because they got nothing else to do.

Honestly my district manager makes work life harder than what it’s supposed to be…as a manager this job is pretty easy but the constant text messages , the constant “checking in” makes this job unbearable. I’m sorry but what is the need to be a manager of all 9 of your stores? Just sit back and let us managers do the job we were hired to do and watch us shine. Do you see how well we perform when you are on vacation? That should be the sign right there

forget about india in this company folks. It is the fault of the chinese. All of the low sales is because they don't buy from us but only buy from AT&T. All their fault. remember that....

Reminds me of all the Indian leadership in GTS, they think they are in their 3rd world country where they get to bully employees in that manner.
