I remember going to those d-mb game-playing sessions back in 2017 and it was supposed to save the business. Then they brought in that Steve brand guy and everything went downhill.

Those are prevalent in any company where the HR leader is trying to make himself relevant. Same with other leadership coming back from expensive boondoggles ‘guess what I learned”. What they learned was how to network for their next job by wasting money on a friend/classmates/former coworkers product.
