They already forced everyone back to the office a few years before covid. They will absolutely do it again.
what offices? we have very few around anymore and the ones we have are tiny and won't support the workforce.
2025 IBM goes full onsite so I heard from manager
sure, expect Alvind to do the same thing...it's the IBM way. He needs his 2024 bonus for the needs of the business. Just like layoffs.

He just wants thousands more to QUIT instead of being laid off with severance, that's that this is all about..
