that was a small contract for sure — but it was for a lot of years and it was secure.

Current Follett leadership is only concerned with really short-term goals, such as selling an Access program no matter the cost. Who cares if Follett doesn't have the infrastructure to deliver what was promised. When everything turns to s*** they can just shift blame to the front-line staff.
