One thing we can say for sure, November layoffs are finished for 2024.
They have given notice on November 25th, so four more weeks to find another internal role or
“ UK has 4 weeks minimum notice “

UK has 4 weeks minimum notice so the they were probably given notice around the 1st Nov.
Don't get my hopes up!!!
They roll around from department to department and from country to country!
You can only be sure that all layoffs for 2024 will be over at 11:59 PM and December 31st.
