Perhaps they don't deserve it???
Working for free is insane.
If you don't understand that you deserve your fate.
You don't value yourself.
No one at JRC respects you.
Probably laughing at you.

Sure, Follett benefits from your great work ethic and perhaps they don’t deserve it; however, you benefit the most from practicing these great qualities and they will benefit you in rewarding ways in the future, with your career, when working for other companies.
For those that practice a bad attitude and work ethic because they feel, the company they are working for, doesn’t deserve their best effort, will only be to their detriment throughout their career when working for other companies.

Your store?
When did it get to be YOUR store?
It's JRC's store.
You are a fool to give a rich investment company your time.
Toodaloo!

I worked because my store is falling behind on paperwork, SODA, and returns. I am getting inadequate support from regional and CMM. What would you have done?

Just have to respond to say I feel you. Was starting to believe all the videos and posts that convey all is wonderful and everyone’s doing great. Glad to at least know I’m not the only one always trying to catch up by using my “free” time.
