There has to be a better job out there 😢.
It just keeps getting worse.
Ditching Redshelf? Faculty hate change.
Pushing Access? Can't deliver with all the constant digital sc--w ups.

Follett is ditching Redshelf because schools and students have figured out it's easier dealing with them directly. Redshelf and Vitalsource do it better.
There are so many complaints about the Access program and the way it is being pushed. Many of our faculty absolutely HATE the access program and have decided against using it as it is rife with problems. Students can't access the app or it is "unavailable" causing a lot of issues with readings or getting homework done. Instructors are complaining a LOT about how user UNfriendly it is. I wonder how much longer it will be used in our area.
My theory is "if you cannot support the product you are shoving down our throats, then why should we use it?' Ridiculous
What could go wrong with a digital provider out of the UK? Who needs tech support in the same time zone?
Lol. Absolute sh-t show.
