Rumor on the street is they are trying to cut costs on labor and are planning on getting rid of US employees starting with remote workers, overheard a private conversation relating to this. Mexico call center is where they are focusing resources. Rumors is they plan on letting go all store staff as well..... So only option to speak with someone will be via mexico call center.

It's moving along the pipe line get out well u can .
Acima has already outsourced collections to Mexico for non staff stores (virtual merchants) this has been going on for over a year.
