I’ll take any adjustment in order to reduce the % of layoffs…
Let’s be honest, we are extremely well paid for the work we do.
You might find a different place to work with a hybrid schedule. But your paycheck and ill get a big hit.

As Dino once famously stated…”Now that we have fewer people asking the questions, we need fewer people to answer them”. The company could be easily run with 40% less staff. Starting with HR and Finance.
Performance issues...ha. More like most people's perforamance reviews are made artificially low, so they can be ranked lower and paid less for the hard work they did for this sh-t company. The only people who get their undeserved and earned high rankings are the whiny hipos, which the company is so desperate to keep. Dont let that go to your head hipo, its not that you are smarter just cheaper than the experienced hands that you stole your powerpoint from, since your so busy texting and posting on instagram and tiktok.
This sounds like someone who is desperate to keep their highly-paid cushy do-nothing job.
Missed the meeting. Can someone give me the cliff notes?
@vny+1vdP9yTg Absolutely no! People with performance problem should be fired, they don’t deserve severance.
But when we let go people, we also lose good ones.
Let me get this straight…..you would rather take a pay cut so the dead weight around here can keep their do nothing jobs? lol I would rather take a pay cut and keep the WFH, but there is no way I am willing to take a pay cut AND lose WFH so the people who have performance issues can carry on adding zero value.
