And it’s not just about the workload. Everyone’s worn out from all the drama happening at USAA, including the never-ending layoffs. And does management even care? Not at all! They're overjoyed when they see any of us give up and leave without them having to pay us for it. This place has turned into a joke.

They add a huge workload at end of year for RCSA in excel workbooks. It’s insane. They don’t care
Yeah, they don’t give two sh--s about reps. They would rather line their pockets with undeserved bonuses rather than help the people that do the work.
Facts are facts! When you have full turn over on multiple teams someone should be worried. But no one seems to care.
