I am a manager and I had to WARN myself out. Firing myself was the tuffest thing I have ever done besides step all over the union guys. See you on the street.

Sunsets over Lake Sunapee?
Managers just fade away into beautiful sunsets.
The odds are much greater that while out hiking you will run into Bigfoot compared to ever witnessing a Boeing manager being layed-off, or even hearing about one by name.
Vote no to cut the bacon off the fat. Only way to upright this sinking ship.
Impossible. When a boeing manager gets laid off, it sends a ripple through space time, and the universe collapses on itself. So you see, they cannot get laid off, it defies science.
Boeing hanging on to all the extra new hires because when the next offer is accepted in late November with Pension increases, old timers going to leave. Not much layoffs at all on IAM guys. Boeing will trim the office fat to pay for it.
Lots of Managers in Renton getting cut, but no warn notices since they bump back into the shop. Will be a little bit of Layoffs since Boeing hired for 52 a month on the 737 program, but due to gross criminal mismanagement the FAA capped it at 38. Boeing kept the new hires anyway for a "yes" vote, but it backfired badly since a 22 dollar an hour job is not risking much. When the contract is accepted, with pension increases in late November, everything will be adjusted accordingly and both sides can claim victory. This is reality like it or not.
No managers or executives will be laid off don’t believe them it’s all hogwash.
They told me I would know before Thanksgiving. I'm crossing my fingers for a yrs vote Monday.
