... he has now managed to tank Intel and get it kicked out of the Dow index after 25 years. It still makes me laugh with scorn at what an overrated charade he was at VMW.

Pat is getting the blame for Intel, but the problems started in the decade before. Intel CEO Brian Krzanich destroyed Intel with terrible mismanagement. Intel shipped like 5 years of tweaks on Skylake, with minimal improvements and you can thank Brian Krzanich for that.
Be thankful AMD exists, or we would all still be using 32-bit quad core processors max.
But but but EPIC2 and DEI….nevermind what am I saying Pat was terrible at and for VMware.
