What is the RSU conditions? If i accept the new contract, and RSU' are granted in December 2024, will that mean i will get all the mentioned amount vested in 2028?

Also check your country laws. In France and China, the first vesting is only after 1 year.
They vest quarterly based on the vesting schedule that is listed in the grant/Fidelity site. If you get let go or quit, whatever has not vest yet just disappears.
Your question does not make sense.
