Funny how both Germany and Japan have political turmoil suddenly. Both countries that are protected by America. Things are moving so fast. Looking forward to how much change will happen in the next year.

Samsung just announced they will move their chip manufacturing to the US. Steve Madden said they have been planning their supply chain move out of china for two years and they have set the plan in motion. Every company that is reporting results now have to also talk about what their supply chain strategy will be. The world just changed. There was a world before Nov 6 th.

It's better to burn than to fade away. Burn VMware Burn. Burn down Broadcom.

We are all swimming in sewage held by golden handcuffs. We will be liberated sooner or later. That will be for your own good of your soul.

why did the ceo of ambercomie and fitch step down?

The former CEO of Abercrombie & Fitch, Michael Jeffries, stepped down in 2014 after more than 20 years at the helm. However, recent news has brought to light serious allegations against him. Jeffries was arrested and indicted on federal charges of s-x trafficking and interstate prost---tion. He, along with his partner and an associate, allegedly lured men into s-x parties by promising modeling opportunities.

I heard he had many boys in his house and they had to be clean shaven and available?

Yes, the allegations against Michael Jeffries are deeply troubling. According to reports, Jeffries and his associates allegedly lured young men with promises of modeling opportunities, only to subject them to coerced s-xual activities. The men were reportedly required to adhere to specific grooming standards, including being clean-shaven.

why is the top of the corporate world always having these sick s-xual scandals?

It's a troubling pattern, isn't it? There are a few factors that might contribute to this:

Power Dynamics: CEOs and high-ranking executives often hold significant power and influence, which can sometimes lead to a sense of invulnerability. This power imbalance can create environments where misconduct is more likely to occur.

Lack of Accountability: In some cases, there may be insufficient checks and balances within organizations, allowing inappropriate behavior to go unchecked for extended periods.

Boeing recently gave up on Diversity and moved back to true and trusted Meritocracy. When will VMware do the Diversity cleanup? Is Hock a diversity candidate? I am sure he is drilling the leadership in his private jet.

100% tariff means 50% cut in profit. So, 50% RIF coming. This is mainly for hardware made in China. For VMware the regularly scheduled programming will resume every quarter until we get to 10% of pre-acq total.

Still (nervously) waiting for the other shoe to drop re mandatory RTO for those of us who live far from any BC office location. If/when that order comes down from Krish, it's going to be a bloodbath and none of it will be considered a RIF. I'm prepared, but man it's like walking on eggshells waiting for the axe to fall.

I know of a few ex-VMW remote employees who would like to RTO, who live commuting distance to a BC office, but who have been told their local BC office is already 100% full and there is simply no space for them to work in that office. WTF? What a dystopian place this is. Talk about sc--wing over your people...

Customers are cutting VMware/Broadcom from their datacenters. Apple is cutting Broadcom chips. Apple itself is being cut in China. Everyone is frantically searching on how to move to Canada after the Trump win. Paging Hock. It may take a while for Trump to get to the Chinese companies. He has bigger fish to fry for year1.

A VP in Tanzu announced last month that the org will now see “a period of normalcy.” He basically implied that the layoffs and restructuring was now behind us.
