Argue any complaint or demerit a manager wants to place in your file. Do so legally with union help. My friend saved her job by keeping illegitimate complaints out of her file. Her manager didn't like that she was making more than the manager. She used union help. During the last big layoff, keeping her file clean saved her job. Be strategic and smart. Good luck.

Hope some of you got fired this morning for being late.

Maybe I won't be laid off in the second round

The smart move would’ve been to start Friday.

This is no joke folks. You were already supposed to report back. Tuesday prior to shift start is the hard drop dead time. No benefits allowed Tuesday. Go in Monday even go in late Monday, do not risk a flat tire, dead battery, or some dipsh-t crashing into you on Tuesday morning.

Don't listen. Show up late on Tuesday, he'll, don't even come back till Wednesday.

If you get fired, that's one less union person laid off in the next round.

Yes, return prior to Tuesday start time or terminated. You cannot call in on Tuesday. Show up late Monday to be safe.
