I'd say one in Feb and one in Apr/May. Maybe another 7%-9%
Another 12,000 to 15,000
He seems to be targeting a lot of the excess management, which is a good thing. Also, excess departments like DEI, which really don’t add value.
10% is just a start. With 171,000 employees, there are more employees now than before Covid. I expect at least another 10% next year.
The person that says we’re not planning any layoffs?? Lmao. It’s just beginning.
Hope it's a shock and awe event.
Sorry for all affected
I’m hearing same rumors for a completely leaned out work force.
By by 2nd shift. No need for them.
26 a month till 3rd quarter of next yr. It’s goin deep. Sorry people. It’s going to take a couple yrs to somewhat right the ship. Fact. If it’s even possible. It’s what’s needed.
The fictitiously lean and DEI are the worst circus act we have ever seen. Send them all back to actors school and let's get down to real work. In the past none of these things even existed and we were thriving. Its time to stop the things that separate us and start getting lost in the past. We need to take a look back and do a repeat.
We are not planning any layoffs of IAM. Once the FAA cap is lifted, we will continue hiring hourly workers. Massive fat trimming in DEI, lean, I.E., and office non value added overhead.
15% in just IAM
Over paid guys playing on their phones all day.
