And the DOJ is thinking about blocking this merger for what reason? Two mediocre companies treading water. It tells you something about Biden’s DOJ. What companies are they protecting from this merger?

You just solidified my statement. Let me provide further enlightenment to your great point.

‘ Revenue for the last 5 years is pretty flat while the competitors are thriving’

What does that say about Juniper executives? We have cheaper out on everything we've done. Underpaying employees while having unattainable sales goals. This essentially will have employees doing the bare minimum to keep their jobs. This isnt hyperbole. It can be easily proven.

‘ Merger is the best thing that has ever happened for Juniper’

Just like with my employee statement above. In this case executives are doing the same thing to keep their jobs for time being; doing bare minimum to survive. They can see the treasure chest on the island ahead. They just need to stay on the ship before they all jump on the life rafts to get to the island while the rest of us are left stranded.

You have a failing company (HPE) buying essentially, in your eyes, another failing company (JUNIPER).

This isnt an acquisition, its a HPE bailout plan.

Stay woke.

@1ffq+1w5CFnh8 You are kidding right? Revenue for the last 5 years is pretty flat while the competitors are thriving. (year over year is down) Merger is the best thing that has ever happened for Juniper, you better pray it does not fail.

You already know where you stand. This is the corporate world and in here you are only as good as today.

As I prepare to give my notice, I can't help but think about what could have happened with Juniper if they hadn't agreed to this deal.

They were inching closer and closer to the top, only to give up, merge with the competition, and allow their greedy executives to cash in.

This situation is similar to what happens when professional basketball players join forces to create superteams instead of working harder and achieving success on their own. It feels like a sellout, and often, it doesn't work out as planned.
