Left this pathetic mess of a company about 12 years ago. Best decision I ever made. But I am shocked that the company still exists. From what I have read here it does not sound as though it will be long though.

It’s never going to go down UNLESS the schools they contract them grow a pair of ba--s and contract with another company. Or, if staff actually bands together and walks out!!
Everyone complains but no one does a damn thing about it! They continue to bend over.
I quit. On a GAMEDAY in a winning season to make a point. My store has gone to cr-p, all my regulars don’t go anymore. It’s not the same when some cracked out ML who comes from big box warehouse thinks she sh*ts rainbows.
The most amazing part is how the private equity ownership is just as willing to retain incompetent arrogant executives who when they miss their targets are allowed to gut payroll rather than be personally held accountable the same way the family used to let senior execs fail to hit their margins year after year but retain all of them.
