Any guesses or good rumors in regards to when they will start the headcount reduction?

Hopefully they begin up top with all the overpaid IT directors we have. JM I'm looking at you. I've made you look good for way too long and hopefully you are forced out to show how truly worthless you are.
Just like last few times, they'll take their time to really make things miserable.
Probably an early, quicky to get things primed in March or April. Then the Big One will hit in Sept.-Oct. with another possible again in the spring '26.
SPIRIT values, y'all!!!
I’m guessing the shoe drops in Q3 or Q4. According to their website, BCG corporate redundancy/ efficiency projects generally last from 3-12 months depending on the following factors
actors that influence the duration include:
- Project Scope: Larger and more complex projects typically take longer to complete.
- Company Size: Larger organizations may require more time to implement changes across various departments and locations.
- Specific Objectives: The nature of the objectives, such as cost reduction, process optimization, or organizational restructuring, can impact the timeline.
- Stakeholder Engagement: The level of involvement and cooperation from company leadership and employees can affect the project's duration.
