How many others were sent to hybrid in-office mode after being WAH, and now sent back home to full WAH? It seems like a good thing, but can’t help to wonder if that means next on layoff block vs the right thing to do for my role.

Everyone I know that was sent back in has either had that reversed or got a Dr note, and back home.
preach it!
Cigna preaches in-person collaboration as they lay us off to staff up HIH. Cigna preaches vitality as they force us into an office to work alone three full days each week.
What a fantastic place to work.
I would be thrilled to be allowed back home. Worked more that a decade from home only to be forced into an office in Sept. 2023, where I interact with no one while all my team mates still w@h. I have never been provided with an explanation as to why I'm the only lucky winner forced to commute in to HQ where I get on video webex calls with my geographically dispersed team that I could have easily taken from home. Biggest morale ki-ler there is, to incur the cost, time loss involved driving, and utter aggravation, while no one else on my team (even in same level roles in my state) has to be bothered. FoW and RTO stinks. Tell everyone the truth about Cigna/Evernorth/ESI. What a stinky place it has become under the leadership of D.C. and his minions.
please provide more information as to what office you were in and why you were sent home. I have not heard this.
Were you in one of the major Cigna offices? I haven’t heard about this happening to anyone unless related to an office closure (I saw you said you weren’t at an office going to HCSC)
Not Medicare aligned
Were you sent back because you were in an office that is part of the Medicare sale? If so, I wouldn’t think too much of it other than you went back to WAH because it will no longer be a Cigna office.
