Pretty sure cigna doesn’t pay taxes or the same benefits stateside employees get to H1Bs. Overall being cheaper on back end accounting.
why exactly are they paying H1b workers more when they're supposedly the "cheap labor"
Yeah, I'm pretty pi---d. They make WAY more than me for the same job. I guess, to be fair, most of them truly blowing me out of the water are one tier higher than me. I've been offered that position a couple times now but they said I wouldn't have much of a salary increase and would have to start coming into the office. I hate this fu--ing company.
The salaries are not concerning, it’s the number of jobs listed that should be the focus here. Are we supposed to believe they are unable to find qualified American citizens to fill these jobs? I know of highly qualified applicants who immediately received robot rejections and were lied to by hiring managers.
I make comparable to what my job title is on these H1B listings. Upper band 4
Almost all listings are paid more than me but they are also higher in bands than me for the most part.
Just list the salary.
Anyone concerned with going to the link can simply google and find the database too.
