Thread regarding Stanley Works layoffs

Hi Stanley folks - I work with Black and Decker and wanted to see if anyone had any information about possible layoffs resulting from the merger. I am specifically interested in the HR area as there are many duplications between what your HR and our HR does. Thanks for your replies.
