as we all know healthcare is struggling right now. folks are visiting hospitals less and many elective procedures are being avoided due to high costs associated with them. folks are losing jobs left and right - and let's say if you have some who is unemployed, have a back pain and needs to do an MRI such a person might decide not do and MRI cause she or he simply does not havve funds to afford the scan since income is limited and cost is high. so, now - this all affects fonar - upright multiposition mri is fine - but who is going to pay for it nowdays. that's why fonar is likely to be hit with layoffs, business has to be down and we all know how management responds once numbers are down...
