Igate is such a third class company, becoz they force their employee to resign without notice period and salary, employees who are working more thn 5 years in this company and thn suddenly company says, Good News for Employee, and ssys TODAY IS YOUR LAST WORKING DAY IN IGATE!!!!! SO BAD FOR COMPANY LIKE IGATE
