Big layoffs coming across the board for the Digital Networking business. The business is slow and will get slower as the mobile infrastructure market will decrease by 10% each year for the next 4-5 years. Work is in progress to finalize the first round of layoffs in early Apr.

FYI. Layoffs are not required to be reported unless there are more than 500 within a 90 day period at any one site. Hence you see quarterly layoffs until the company reaches their "number." Talk was that 200 in Digital Networking got hit.
The cuts were indeed deep this time around. I count myself fortunate to still be employed. I really hope revenue picks up for DN soon.
