IGATE is asking people to leave within a day or two. i know for sure. Those who ask for 3 month period or salary are threatened that their release letter will mention poor performance. Also note that the release letter and salary settlement is released only after 30 days from last working day. People have no choice but to comply in this situation. This company has no morals and does not comply with its own policies. I request news reporters to contact employees (current or ex) and get the facts.
