I am relatively new here, it looks like he has turned this around. I'm glad to be here. It seems some folks don't like much of change.
I am a long term employee. From my viewpoint, he has been pretty effective. I was skeptical at first. Their loss was our gain.

ITS PRETTY FUNNY HE CLAIMS HE STUDIED AT HARVARD BUT HE FAILS TO MENTION IT WAS A PROGRAM THE COMPANY SENT HIM TO FOR A FEW MONTHS.
