I was laid off in 2015. It is a terrible place to work where you live in fear of being laid off from the day you walk in the door. Managers have too many people reporting to them. They can't get to know anyone on their teams. The supervisors seemed to have zero work/life balance. Year end reviews were crazy.

More layoffs are coming according to the grapevine. ESI is tired of trying to corral the work at home employees who claim to be managers. They want managers to be available to upper management in a real office building, so kiss that perk goodbye and prepare to relocate if you are working remotely. It will be between getting laidoff or relocating.
Worst company to work for. The managers constantly talk about others behind their back. They are not compassionate about the patients that need their medication. This company is not professional. The layoff was the best thing that could have happened to me.
